Fallini Formaggi: dried grated cheese, fresh grated cheese

Fallini Formaggi Srl was established in 1982 in Parma, the city worldwide known for its cheese Parmigiano Reggiano.  The successful idea of the founder Stefano Fallini is producing dried grated cheese for the food industry.
Its success was immediate. The turnover grew by 12%-15% every year, and the company would soon develop to the point of requiring new premises outside the city, in Gattatico (Reggio Emilia), where two production facilities were built; one was realized fo the production of fresh grated cheese and the other for the production of dried grated cheese.
Today the company produces fresh cheese for the Italian market and fresh and dried cheese for the foreign markets. Fallini Formaggi exports to European and outside EEC countries; Fallini Formaggi supplies the big European Chains (GDO) with private label and own brand.


HIGHEST RECORDS:
Fallini Formaggi uses the biggest drying and mixing facility in Europe (among the largest in the world).

Fallini Formaggi leads the Italian production of dried aromatized grated cheese and it has been awarded two prestigious prizes:
  • Taste 2005 (obtained at the Anuga Exhibition in Koln in 2005)
  • Innovative Product of the Year at Sial in Paris in 2006
