In 1982, two brothers, Stefano and Paolo Fallini, established Fallini Formaggi in Parma. This Emilian city has always been synonymous with cheese. The idea of these two brothers to produce dehydrated grated cheese for the food industry proved to be an instant success.
Entrepreneurial achievement was followed by substantial turnovers and an ever-growing list of proposals. Soon, the company had grown to a size where it was compelled to move out of town. Two new production sites were set up in Gattatico in Reggio Emilia, one for the production of fresh grated cheese and one for the production of dried grated cheese.
Today the company has 30 employees and produces fresh and dehydrated cheese for both, Italian and foreign markets. We export to major countries in Central and Eastern Europe. Every day, at least 10 tonnes of excellent quality finished products leave our farm.
