Fallini Formaggi Srl was founded 35 years ago. The year was 1982, the city was Parma, known throughout the world for its famous cheese. Our founders' idea was to produce dried grated cheese for the food industry. It wasn't long before we expanded into two cheese factories and our products reached foreign markets.
