Fallini Formaggi Srl was founded 35 years ago in 1982 in Parma, a city world-famous for its renowned cheese. The founders' idea was to produce dehydrated grated cheese for the food industry. Soon, the company expanded its cheese-making facilities to two, and its products were also reaching foreign markets.
